STACY MICHUKI CHECKS INTO SH2.45 MILLION POSTPARTUM RETREAT AFTER GIVING BIRTH

Former Miss Universe Kenya Stacy Michuki, has checked into an exclusive postpartum retreat, a gift from her husband following the recent birth of their child.

Michuki shared her unique experience of transitioning directly from the hospital to the specialised retreat. “After having the baby, instead of going home, my husband looked at me and said absolutely not. He insisted I be taken care of properly,” Michuki recounted. “The next thing I know, we were checking into this beautiful retreat for a full week.”

The retreat, which offers dedicated support for new mothers, is reported to cost approximately KSh322,500 per night. Michuki thanked her husband for the thoughtful gift, stating, “In his mind, I didn’t just have a baby; I performed a miracle. My only job here is to heal and bond with our baby. He told me to rest and that he had everything covered.”

For a week stay the couple paid KSh2.25 million, “This is what it looks like when your husband refuses to let you suffer through recovery alone,” Michuki noted, praising her husband for “quietly making sure everything is handled.”
