GUARDIAN ANGEL & ESTHER MUSILA ACQUIRE 20-ACRE LAND
Award-winning gospel musician Guardian Angel and his wife, Esther Musila, have expanded their investment portfolio with the purchase of a new 20-acre land in Ukambani.
The couple announced the acquisition, named the “New Waingo Farm project 20 acres,” marking a step in their growing agribusiness interests. Guardian Angel, known for hit songs such as Nimependa and Funga Mdomo has in recent years shown a strong interest in farming and land development. The Ukambani ranch represents one of their largest land investments to date.
In a past interview, Guardian Angel explained that his decision to invest in Ukambani was based on practicality, not because it is his wife’s home region. He said the location makes it easier for him to manage his farming activities.
“For me, I have a farm and I have chickens. But if I were raising chickens in Butere, how would I bring them to sell in Nairobi? Going to Butere alone takes a full day unless I take a plane. Then I sleep there and come back the next day. By the time I reach Nairobi with those chickens…it doesn’t work,” he said.
He added that his home in Ukambani is only about 45 minutes away from the farm, making it much easier to monitor his projects. “It’s easier for me to be able to monitor the things that I’m doing,” he explained. The couple has not yet disclosed full details of their plans for the 20-acre ranch.
