Former Taita Taveta Women Representative Joyce Lay is mourning the death of her father in law Robert Lay.

Joyce broke the sad news on social media on Thursday, August 27, “Celebrating the life of my father in law Robert Lay who went to be with the Lord today. He passed on peacefully at 99 years and 11 months. May his soul Rest In Peace 🙏🏾”

September last year, Joyce visited her father in law in USA, “Receiving words of wisdom from the legend my Father in Law Mr. Robert Lay. He is turning 99 this Friday what a blessing! #grateful #happyblessed99.”
