Actress and Fashion designer Neomi Ng’ang’a has clapped back at Kamene Goro’s body shamer who called her a hippo.

In an Instagram post, the actress said, “Its a shame. Society has gotten to this! Defining women beauty or worth by their size. Body shaming and labelling them like toy’s! This has to stop!

We are not going to sacrifice our mental health for perfection because of society! When you judge another, you do not define them! You define yourself! @kamenegoro you’re beautiful! You’re enough! You are a star.”

Addressing the incident on her social media account, Kamene said, “Today I left the house looking super confident, I was really cute. To cut the long story short, someone ended call me a hippopotamus. Which had me thinking, there is so much negativity in the society I don’t know why.”
