‘HE OFFERED ME A WHITE WEDDING, I DECLINED’ LILIAN NG’ANG’A SHARES A LIST OF GIFTS SHE TURNED DOWN FROM GOVERNOR ALFRED MUTUA
Former Machakos First Lady Lillian Nganga has issued a new statement regarding her separation with her ex-husband, Governor Alfred Mutua. In a series of posts on her InstaStory, Nganga clarified that her recent interview, where she accused Mutua of harassing her, was her second interview in 10 years.
“In 10 years, this is my second interview, ever. I’ve always and still prefer a quiet life and because Alfred knows I do not like the media he chose to fight and distress me in private knowing I will not speak up, as he went to media houses claiming we are still friends. All things I have shared now have been happening since August. I’ve been quiet, constantly asking him for a peaceful separation,” Lilian said.
Lilian went ahead to say that Mutua is responsible should anything bad happen to her or her current boyfriend, musician Juliani. “If anything happens to Juliani and I, Alfred Mutua is solely responsible. Those hired to kill us should be wise and ask themselves if Alfred would do their dirty work if roles were reversed. No one should be used to settle scores they know nothing about – through a few hundred shillings. I do not care for the same things you seem so stuck on. I care for my truth, freedom, peace and happiness. I hope one day y’all will have an awakening to truly see what really matters,” Lilian said.
Lilian also said she turned down Mutua’s gifts which include a house gift and a white wedding. “…and for those whose attack line is material things: Alfred bought me a new car two months ago. I returned it to the dealer. He offered to buy me a house, support me financially, get me a job etc. I declined. He offered me a white wedding. I declined. Value yourselves. Attack people when you have truths,” she wrote.
