‘MY TENANT RAN AWAY WITH THREE MONTHS RENT’ ACTOR NJORO REVEALS

Actor and businessman Njoro has opened up about the challenges he faces as a landlord. Speaking to Buzz Central, he recalled the day a tenant vacated his house without paying three months rent, 

“You know my houses are not many, I allowed one of my tenants to continue staying in my rental because he did not have money but on the third month, at night, he packed and vacated the house without paying the rent.”

The Papa Shirandula actor also said that investing in real estate is not lucrative if you want to make money fast, “Real estate is not lucrative, you would rather be a producer or open a shop that is making money. Real estate is good for future generations like my sons and daughter who will benefit because they didn’t invest anything.”
