‘I WENT TO THE SAME SCHOOL WITH E-SIR’ SAYS WINNIE ODINGA

Raila Odinga’s daughter Winnie Odinga has revealed she went to the same school with the late E-Sir.

Speaking at an Interview, Winnie said E-Sir was the brightest student at Brookhouse School, “You know E-Sir was in Brookhouse and he was the sharpest guy in the school. He was older than me and I joined the year he left. When I reached there his presence was there. He used to have awards and photos and not just in music, like best student in maths and sciences. The school honoured him.”

She also said when she moved for Rusinga School to Brookhouse School she had culture shock, “The school majority is still Kenyans but when I got there, I had culture shock. Because I went to Rusinga School where 99 percent of students and teachers are Kenyans. I got there and the white students told me to speak a certain way, that is why guys who come out of there speak differently. That was the first time where I was hearing some student’s parents were divorced and the father shows up on parents day with his new girlfriend.”
