JACKIE MATUBIA LOSES 6KGS A WEEK AFTER UNDERGOING A GASTRIC BALLOON PROCEDURE

Actress Jackie Matubia has lost six kilograms in just a week after undergoing a gastric balloon procedure. In her Insta Stories, Matubia said, “Today I want to give you a small story about my weight loss journey. It has barely been a week and I have lost almost 6kgs.”

She also shared a video of how the whole process went and added, “This was last Thursday when I went in for my allurion gastric balloon. I was so scared but it was not that bad. And just like that, it was done. However, after this, you have 3 days of feeling nauseated and a little bit of vomiting. Most importantly hydrate, hydrate! Especially through IV!”

Last week the mother of two disclosed she had undergone the procedure to help her lose the baby weight. Jackie welcomed her second baby with actor Blessing Lung’aho. The couple took to their respective account and announced the birth of their baby, “Goood Morning. Great news! Baby is finally Here! We give thanks to God for a safe delivery Dr. Nyamu. Thank you. This was one interesting delivery so watu wangu wa YouTube the video will be up very soon. Thank you Fam for your prayers. Blessed Monday!”

Speaking in an interview with Buzz Central, Blessing opened up about his biggest fear as a father, “Failing the real human, fathers get a bad rep but as you get older, the more you understand your father. You realise that this guy was just doing the best he could especially as a man. Society really puts down men who are struggling, a man who’s struggling doesn’t really have a place to go.

So on the one hand, I want to be a good dad. On the other hand, being a good dad is not really appreciated. There’s 5 million celebrations for moms but on Father’s Day you just buy your dad a tie and be like tuko sawa bro. I know it is not going to be easy but it’s a new adventure and I’m looking forward to it.”
