DJ PIERRA MAKENA GETS CANDID ABOUT RELATIONSHIP WITH BABY DADDY

DJ Pierra Makena has opened up on choosing to raise her daughter after breaking up with her baby daddy Steve Mbogo.

Speaking in an interview with Mungai Eve, DJ Pierra said she was devastated when baby daddy got married while she was five months pregnant, “We had a very good relationship but after we broke up and I was pregnant, he left. He did not even want anything to do with us. And he was very polite about it, he wasn’t rude, demeaning me, or anything. But five months later he got married to someone else. That was so hurting. I never thought I would move on from that but I did. Somehow I was happy for him because I thought he found his happiness.“

The popular deejay recounted a time she tried co-parenting with the politician, “There’s a time we met and talked, and he said, ‘I’ve not been a good parent, and I would want to be in her life,’ and I said, ‘okay’. Then I just discovered that his intentions were not right. I think he just wanted to achieve something at that time.” she said.

She further stated she will not take any legal action against her baby daddy, “For me I’m very content with where I am in life. I taught myself to be content when I realised I was pregnant and this guy was not going to be part of it,” she said.

Makena disclosed that she refrains from discussing her baby daddy on social media because he is married, “He was never married. We had dated for a bit then we broke up, two week’s later I realised I was pregnant. As much as I got hurt that he was getting married when I was five months pregnant with his child. I somehow had to live with it because that’s life. I think there are many men for us to run after married men.”
