SAUTI SOL TO BUILD ART RETREAT CENTRE IN AMBOSELI

By  |

Popular Kenyan band Sauti Sol are set to build an art retreat centre at their land in Amboseli. The group said they acquired the land to diversify their portfolio, “We have acquired a piece of land and it is nice to see we have grown to a point where we are not going to Amboseli to just visit the park but also to something we own,” said Savara.

Diversifying your income is so important, it does matter the career you are in, land is something that has value and always increases with time. You can build a house or a resort.” Added Polycarp.

Bien says it has always been the group’s dream to build a retreat centre, “It has always been a dream of ours to invest in an artistic retreat. In our travels to other places we have gone in our lives. There is always a place you get as an artist and is not about the show but just sitting down and making music in a garden, road or nature and the beauty of the Amboseli, we can build a retreat there.” Said Bien

Chimano insists being near to Mt Kilimanjaro visitors will  have the best view, “The priority is for artistes to come from all over the world and have an amazing view of Mt Kilimanjaro.
