Zuchu Announces Divorce From Diamond Platnumz Amid Pregnancy Rumours 

Award-winning Tanzanian singer Zuchu has officially announced her separation and ongoing divorce from fellow musician Diamond Platnumz, bringing an end to their six-year relationship.

The “Sukari” hitmaker took to social media on Sunday to share the news with her fans and followers, “Hello my GPG, mimi na aliekua mwenzangu we are now separated and going through a divorce.“

She continued, “I announce this with a heavy heart. After 6 years of being together I have finally decided to choose myself. Namtakig aliekua Mwenzangu Naseeb Abdul na Familia yake kila la kheri. As for me muda huu ni wa kupona Na kufocus zaidi kwenye Afya na kazi zangu. Rizki imeisha Alhamdulillah. Tulijaribu lakini Allah angamipango yake Na sina budi kuikubali. Ndo ubinaadam ndo maisha.“

Zuchu’s announcement comes after years of public speculation surrounding her relationship with Platnumz, one of East Africa’s most prominent music icons. The couple, who have collaborated on several hit songs, had been one of the region’s most talked-about pairings.
