The documents were filed by Taliti Collins Advocates, in a statement shared on her social media platforms, Tanasha confirmed that legal proceedings are now underway: “3 weeks ago, I formally served a lawsuit on the individual responsible for the FALSE and completely FABRICATED allegations made about me. It took us some time to establish this individual’s identity and obtain his full legal name, which ultimately allowed us to proceed with the necessary legal action.”
She stated that the lawsuit has now been filed and is a matter of public record. “The lawsuit has now been filed and is a public court document. We are yet to receive a response,” she added.
Tanasha made it clear that she will not be engaging in further public response regarding the matter outside of the legal process. “From this point forward, I have nothing further to say outside of the legal process. The facts are in the filing, and this matter can now be addressed where it belongs, in court,” she stated.
Background
The lawsuit stems from a series of social media posts made by the Madollar, which Tanasha maintains were false and defamatory.
