ANNE KIGUTA SAYS SHE REGRETS POSTING HER CHILD ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND DOESN’T SEE HERSELF AS A ROLE MODEL

TV host Anne Kiguta surprised her fans when she asked them what kind of content they would love to see on her Insta page. One of her followers said her adorable babies, but the media personality turned it down stating she won’t be posting them on social media, “Well I’ll have to let you down on that one my loves. I’m rather traditional believe it or not, so I’m vehemently against it. My babies are all still far too young, including the eldest, to be on social media.

In fact, I really regret having posted my eldest at all. Mummy already has a pretty public life. They deserve their privacy. I reference every once in a while perhaps but nothing more than that for a long, long long time. Hope you understand.”

She also says she doesn’t see herself as a role model, “I always dread this question. I no longer have role models and I say that with a hint of sadness but also some relief. Fortunately or unfortunately, because of my work, I have met almost all of my role models including the international ones as well. Let’s leave that there.

I’m also weird about people thinking of me as a role model because I have many weaknesses and failures which I really do not want you to follow. But one thing I do try my best to follow Christ. So, if you see anything worthy in me to follow, I’m trying to follow him.”
