COMEDIAN CHIPUKEEZY REPLACES PETERSON MWAI AS NACADA BOARD VICE CHAIRPERSON

Comedian Victor Muasya popularly known as Chipukeezy has been elected as NACADA Board Vice Chairperson.

Chipukeezy replaces Peterson Mwai who served in that position until December last year, “The chairperson of the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) Board of Directors is delighted to announce the election of Mr Vincent Muasya Mutua as the board Vice-Chairperson with effect from Wednesday, March 23 2021,” the statement read.

Chipukeezy pledged to use his position to spearhead youth and children’s programs in line with the authority’s strategic plan to provide hope for the young person’s struggling with addiction in the country.

June 2018, President Uhuru Kenyatta appointed the comedian as the Director in the board.
