‘RESPECT NDOA YA WENYEWE’ LULU HASSAN DISCOURAGES WOMEN FROM GETTING INVOLVED WITH MARRIED MEN

Celebrated media personality Lulu Hassan has addressed claims that she is older than her husband, Rashid Abdalla. In a Q & A session on Instagram, the mother of three dismissed the claims saying Rashid is 2 years older than her. “Is it true you are older than Rashid?” Asked a fan, to which Lulu replied, “No. Rash (Rashid) is 39 and I’m 37.” 

The Swahili news anchor spoke on how they solve their marital issues and her secrets to a successful marriage. “We talk it over. Communication, friendship, respect and commitment. The rest will fall into place,” she wrote. 

On the worst tragic moments in her life, Lulu disclosed that it was the day she lost her mum in road accident. She also disclosed that the accident affected her to the point that she limps to date. “Had to get on stage with a crutch. I limp to date but one can hardly notice,” she said. 

Lulu touched on her relationships with State House Spokesperson Kanze Dena heaping praises on her. “Aww. I miss her, Kaydee is a friend for keeps. She has all the qualities and a noisemaker,” noted Lulu. 

She also discouraged women from getting married to someone else’s husband, stating that they will at one point have children and they wouldn’t wish their children to go through through the same. “Is the sponsor married? If yes, respect someone else’s marriage. You’ll have children and you wouldn’t wish your daughter to be treated the same,” she wrote.
