TANZANIAN MUSICIAN NANDY MAKES DEBUT AT PARIS FASHION WEEK

Tanzanian singer and songwriter Nandy has taken the international fashion scene by storm with her debut appearance at Paris Fashion Week.

The award-winning artist, known for her soulful Bongo Flava hits, shared glimpses of her Paris experience with fans through pictures and videos from various fashion events across the French capital. Her presence at one of the world’s most prestigious fashion gatherings has captured attention both at home and abroad.

Posting her first runway show experience, Nandy shared her excitement, saying, “My first ever runway show I attended, I left like this...”  The highlight of her visit came when she connected with renowned Parisian designer Emanuel Ungaro, whose fashion house has been a symbol of luxury and elegance since 1965. Nandy revealed that she had long admired the designer’s work and had hoped to one day wear his creations.

“Yesterday, I had the opportunity to meet with the big designer in Paris, Emanuel Ungaro. I’ve been following him for a while and would love to be dressed by him,” Nandy shared. “We agreed to collaborate and merge our brands together. Emanuel Ungaro has already said I’m the one! My dream of wearing his designs has come true! Classic brand for classic people.”

During her time in Paris, Nandy also revealed that another prominent designer had expressed interest in dressing her for future runway appearances. She playfully engaged her fans by asking, “One of the big Paris designers asked to dress me for my runway shows, which one do you think I chose?”
