Actor Trisha Khalid Opens Up About Miscarriage

Kenyan actress Trisha Khalid has shared her heartbreaking experience of losing a pregnancy at four months, revealing that the pain still lingers over a year later.

In an emotional interview with Alex Mwakideu, the actress tearfully narrated her journey through grief, “Last year was a very traumatic year for me and my partner. I went through a miscarriage, it was four months. 

The actress, known for her roles in popular Kenyan productions, broke down as she recounted the loss, describing the experience as painful. “When they tell you time heals, it’s a lie. It’s been a year and some months.”

Trisha also addressed the societal pressure and stigma that women face when they do not conceive quickly, “It’s not easy. Especially when you get women judging you for not conceiving, but they don’t know your story.”
