RHOA Star Porsha Williams’ Ex-Husband Simon Guobadia Vacations in Kenya

Simon Guobadia, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) star Porsha Williams, is currently vacationing in Kenya and has praised the country for exceeding his expectations.

In a statement shared during his visit, Guobadia described Kenya as a destination that had set the bar high, citing its golf courses, cuisine, entertainment, wildlife, weather and people. “Kenya, I must say that thus far you have not disappointed,” he said.

On golf, he noted the “lush, immaculate fairways at clubs like Muthaiga, Karen and Windsor, played in that perfect highland weather,” adding that “every round feels like a privilege.”

He also commended the country’s food scene, from “sizzling nyama choma to fine dining at Talisman and Carnivore,” saying Nairobi “knows how to feed you well,” and described the coffee as “some of the best in the world.“

Guobadia also  highlighted Kenya’s entertainment scene, pointing to “rooftop lounges, live music and a nightlife in Westlands that keeps the energy going long after the sun sets.” On wildlife, he said Nairobi National Park is “simply unmatched,” noting the rare experience of seeing “giraffes and lions with a city skyline in the background.“

He also praised the country’s weather as “ideal, all year round,” with “sunny days, cool evenings,” and lauded Kenyans as “warm, welcoming and full of life.”

“You feel at home the moment you arrive,” he said. Concluding Guobadia said: “Kenya, you’ve set the bar high. I’ll be back.”
