I’M SO BROKE TO THE EXTENT OF SELLING MY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TWENDI TWENDI SINGER JUSTINA SYOKAU APPEALS FOR FINANCIAL HELP

Gospel singer Justina Syokau has appealed for financial help saying she is currently broke. The singer said her life took a turn for the worst after falling ill in January, 2021. She disclosed that she developed rashes which she initially though was an allergic reaction and went to the hospital where she was diagnosed with dermatophytes. “After a week, the rashes had spread all over my body, and they were itchy.

I stopped taking meat, eggs and started detoxing. In the second week, the rashes started forming black spots, and I went to the hospital where I was diagnosed with dermatophytes,” she said.

The prescribed drugs did not work forcing her to seek medical attention from another hospital where she was diagnosed with eczema. Unfortunately, the treatment she received also refused to work subjecting her to the court of public opinion.

As a Christian, the singer explained that she did not give up and instead went to another hospital where she was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. “People started saying that I had been bewitched and advised me to apply the fats of a pig. Being a Christian, I did not take that route and instead went to the third hospital and was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis,” said Syokua.

Syokua noted that medication from the two misdiagnoses severely affected her liver, leaving her hospitalized for a week. The singer added that the cost of medication was too much to the point that she was forced to sell her household items and clothing. “I was broke, and I told my house help to sell household items so we can raise funds. I sold my clothes and shoes to offset the hospital bill,” she said.

The mother of one also revealed that she is a single mother, faulting her mother-in-law for her failed marriage. “I met a tall and handsome man who married me, but I did not know he would be the cause of my sorrow. My mother-in-law interfered with our marriage, and since he listened to her more, I was thrown out a week after delivery,” said Syokua.

She further said her efforts to seek child support has been jeopardized as her baby daddy is a well-known person working in government. “I have taken him to court, but he has never supported our child. He is well known because he works in government, and one of his brothers is a prominent politician. I have forgiven him despite what he put me through,” the singer added.
