MUSALIA MUDAVADI SENDS CONDOLENCE MESSAGE TO DJ NRUFF’S FAMILY

Popular deejay Rodney Afande, popularly known as DJ Nruff is mourning the death of his family patriarch Ambassador Denis Afande.

The entertainer broke the sad news through his Instagram page where he also shared photos of the former ambassador. “Abamani clan and Afande family patriarch has rested. Love you always Papa,” wrote DJ Nruff on his first post. In a separate post, he shared a group photo detailing how he clicked with everyone. “You made everyone around you smile. The world has lost a great man. Miss you Papa,” he said. 

Afande was mourned by Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader  Musalia Mudavadi who termed him a distinguished career diplomat. “I am saddened by the demise of Ambassador Denis Afande, a distinguished career diplomat & one time the Country’s Chief of Protocal. He also served in Washington DC as the Kenyan Ambassador to the US in the early 1990s. May the Lord give his family strength during this time,” Mudavadi mourned the departed ex-diplomat.
