CONTENT CREATOR KELVIN KINUTHIA DENIES ARREST CLAIMS FOR POSING AS A WOMAN AND OBTAINING MONEY BY FALSE PRETENCE

Actor and content creator Kelvin Kinuthia has denied claims that he has been arrested for posing as a woman and acquired money by false pretence. 

The actor’s photos were shared on Facebook with claims that he had ‘eaten fare’ worth Sh344,000 set aside for his two-way flight ticket, shopping and a brand new phone. “Justin Kioko a resident of Machakos is in police custody for obtaining money through pretence. The 31-year-old allegedly received Sh 344,500 via M-Pesa. The money was to cover two-way ticket, shopping and for her to buy a brand new phone,” he said.

The actor has since disputed the claims, clarifying that he is not from Machakos further denying any association the story. “I’m not associated in way about that story 1. I’m not called Justin Kioko am Kelvin Kinuthia 2. I’m not from Machakos in an way or the other 3. I’m not a Kamba am a kikuyu so guys please I’m not associated with that story. Thank you all who have dm me and called me to ask if am okay. I’m fine and well. Thanks guys,” he wrote.
