MULAMWAH TALKS BEING DUMPED AND AUDITIONING FOR CHURCHILL SHOW FOR FOUR YEARS

Comedian David Oyando, alias Mulamwah narrated how he was dumped by his first girlfriend while in campus. Speaking in an interview with Daniel ‘Churchill’ Ndambuki, the father of one said his ex-girlfriend left him after being mocked by her friends over Mulamwah’s character in his comedy skits. “Mulamwah’s character is about getting dirty, but that’s not him in real life. Whenever I used to share my skits on WhatsApp with people, her friends would mock her, asking her why she’s with such a man, ‘look at what your boyfriend is doing, he is embarrassing you’. She left but I still continued doing what I love most,” he said.  

Mulamwah also spoke about her relationship with baby mama, Caroline Muthoni, disclosing that they met in an audition they had both attended. “We met during acting auditions sometimes back. One thing led to the other, and we started dating now here we are. She is amazing,” the father of one said.   

The comic also narrated his journey to the top, disclosing that he tried auditioning for the Churchill Show for four years but missed all the auditions. “When choosing a place for an internship, I really wanted to go to Nairobi because I wanted to go to Churchill but the fare was a challenge, at times I was forced to sell my phone just to go to Nairobi to try auditions. I came here ‘Churchill Show’ for four years but I missed all of them, that’s when I decided I needed to stay in Nairobi in order to make it to the auditions every time and that’s why I chose my internship to be in Nairobi,” he adde
