OVER 25’S LORNA MUCHEMI WELCOMES BABY BOY KUNG’U

Over 25’s member Lorna Muchemi and husband Diallo Gatabaki have welcomed a baby boy, Kung’u.

The couple took to their respective social media accounts to make the announcement, “Yahya Legend Kung’u Gatabaki is here! Joined us earth side on Friday, 28th October 11.08 pm looking exactly like his daddy. Today is his actual due date, 2nd Nov.

The couple hosted a baby shower on Saturday attended by close friends and family. Diallo posted pictures from the baby shower and captioned it with a note, “These are the only pictures of me my child will see when they’re older. Just so they know mother nature was in its bag like there were fries at the bottom when I was created lmao. We’re going to be parents soon. Obviously we’re going through the motions and there are a lot of unknowns but we know sure as hell that baby is gonna have drip from day 1.”

Lorna announced her pregnancy news on Father’s Day this year with a sweet post, “Happy Father’s Day! Secret’s out! Baby Gatabaki dropping soon!” The couple tied the knot in October last year in a private wedding, “I’d like to thank me! No seriously though, the last 10 months were crazy but we pulled through. Thank you @dee_spicable for not leaving me during the process and being an important part of it. No, I don’t want to be a wedding event planner because I don’t want to be in events anymore but if interested in a consultation at a fee. We can consult, then I will hand you over to a planner.” Said Lorna.

On October 1 this year, they celebrated their first wedding anniversary, “One year down and she still hasn’t killed me because of my dry jokes, man when you find someone this kind, this honest and loving, who fills your cup with encouragement, wisdom and empathy, every second is a lifetime fulfilled. Happy anniversary babe,” said Diallo.
