ANERLISA MUIGAI ON MEETING PRESIDENT WILLIAM RUTO

Anerlisa Muigai has revealed details of her meeting with President William Ruto.

Taking to her socials, she shared, “Today, I met H.E President Dr William Ruto. His opening question was a heartfelt surprise; “Why haven’t you tried to sell your water to me?” His understanding of the struggles of local entrepreneurs is encouraging. And the answer is clear.”

She also added, “State and government functionaries must and should embrace “Made in Kenya” to support what Kenyans produce. KE Govt and County governments must consume Kenyan brands. It is one of the ways local brands can grow. I feel blessed that we have a president who gets it. Let’s brace for a new chapter.”

In September last year, Anerlisa was hopeful that the new government will create an easy working environment for businesses. “May all our businesses open up, I believe our new president will enable us to have an easy working environment,” she wrote on her Insta Story.
