EX-TPF CONTESTANT PETER MSECHU UNDERGOES GASTRIC BALLOON PROCEDURE

By  |

Tusker Project Fame (TPF) contestant Peter Msechu has undergone a plastic surgery procedure to lose weight.

According Msechu, he tried dieting and used slimming pills but it did not work, “There are people who say I have lost time and money in six months to lose 17 kgs. Others say that I should only diet for two days and do exercise but do you know why we people with big bodies struggle every bit to lose weight.

I have been on a strict diet but there is nothing as difficult as competing with food in the world and the people who diet know, I did all kinds of exercises, running, jumping rope, everything, but when it came the time to eat, I couldn’t help myself.

Msechu opted for the gastric balloon procedure to curb the desire to eat, “Those bottled medicines, you can name any company there is none I haven’t tried.  I even took hormones that didn’t work. I was wondering why those who sell me these slimming drugs, were in the gyms exercising. Do your exercises, take your medicines but if you don’t have discipline when it comes to food you are doing zero work.

When it comes to losing weight, food is 60 percent and others are 20 percent. Therefore, the biggest task for me was to make sure that I find the right way to curb my desire to eat. That’s when the balloon became my answer because even if I want food, I will eat a little, three to six tablespoons.”
