JAGUAR CONFIRMS HE IS THE DIRECTOR OF IPHONE STREET KENYA

Singer and politician Charles Njagua, popularly known as Jaguar, has confirmed he the director of controversial phone shop, iPhone Street Kenya.

The popular shop was recently trending for allegedly selling substandard phones to their customers and once they start experiencing problems with the gadgets they go silent.

One of the victims was TikTok user Lordhezion who shared an iPhone 13 he purchased from the store that had a battery problem. Upon investigation, he uncovered that his device was originally sold by Apple as a Product Red device but had been refurbished and sold to him in a new starlight body.

Jaguar has now come out and confirmed he is the director of the shop. Through a statement, Jaguar promised to set up a customer service team to help clients, “As the director of @iphone_streetkenya, it is quite unfortunate that some of our clients have experienced dissatisfaction. I have taken a personal initiative and take full responsibility on what happened. I commit to put in place a new customer service team for clear product information and dispute resolution to mitigate any issues moving forward.
