SOFIYA NZAU HITS THE STUDIO WITH DJ DIPLO

Popular Kenyan artiste Sofiya Nzau has hit the studio with American deejay Diplo. 

The exciting announcement was made by Sofiya’s manager, DJ Fully Focus, “There’s very few people in the industry I can text 3 days before they land in the country for a show to make music together and they take time off their busy schedule to make it happen, especially when they’re only in the continent for less than 3 days.

I have lots of respect and appreciation for @diplo for going above and beyond to look out for my artist and label this weekend. We made some magic and can’t wait to share with everyone. Grateful for my entire team, this is our year. Thank you @ampafrica for letting us cook in your kitchen last night, vibes up!”

The news comes four weeks after Sofiya shot the remix of her popular song Mwaki, “We shot the video for my artist @sofiyanzau big hit #Mwaki Major Lazer remix here in Nairobi. Showing the urban culture of Matatu which is where I fell in love with DJing (yes I was a tout too).
