AKUKU DANGER REVEALS WHY HE CHOSE VASECTOMY
Popular Kenyan entertainer Akuku Danger has opened up about his personal decision to undergo a vasectomy, citing his lifelong battle with sickle cell disease as the primary factor behind choosing not to have children.
Speaking during an interview, Akuku shared that the trauma and health struggles he endured while growing up with the condition deeply influenced his reproductive choice. “I made a choice to do a vasectomy,” Akuku stated. “It is something that my partner and I talked about for a very long time. I just told her I don’t want kids, and she was on the same page. I live life as it comes.”
The entertainer revealed that his painful experience with sickle cell disease a genetic blood disorder that causes severe pain and health complications shaped his perspective on fatherhood. Rather than risk passing on the condition or subjecting a child to similar suffering, Akuku opted for a permanent medical procedure after extensive discussions with his partner.
He disclosed that the decision was mutual adding that he now embraces life without the pressure of parenthood.
