TANASHA DID NOT COME FOR SOUND CHECK, BRIDGET ACHIENG EXPLAINS WHY SHE DID NOT PERFORM AT NAI FEST

By  |

Nai Fest organizer Bridget Achieng has revealed the reason why musician Tanasha Donna did not perform last weekend at her event. According to Bridget, Tanasha did not attend the sound check or communicate with the festival officials before cancelling the show online, “She changed our deal last minute, hakuja sound check, all of a sudden, I saw she wrote cancelled online. But we good she will be there next time, no bad blood.”

When Tanasha confirmed she won’t be performing at Nai Fest she went online and asked event organizers to respect artistes, “Before I say anything else, I would like to first and foremost apologise to my fans for not being able to perform @the_nai_fest this Saturday. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my team and I had to cancel the show. To my fans and supporters, rest assured, there will be many more to come.

I believe it is really high time for promoters and organizers stop taking artistes for granted and respect the craft. We put in a lot of work, hard-earned money and time in the craft and the brand. To my fans, I’m sorry to disappoint all those who purchased tickets on my behalf. I will be making it up real soon and more show dates will be announced very soon.”
