ACTOR PETER KAMAU SET TO START TRAINING AS A RALLY DRIVER

Selina actor Peter Kamau is set to start his training classes to achieve his boyhood dream and become a rally driver. Speaking to Buzz Central, Peter confirmed he will start rally classes later this year.

“I have always been intrigued with cars, I want to race. I want to start doing that this year to become a competitive race car driver. I’m hoping later in the year I would start doing my training, it’s something I would really want to do. I’m also getting into other sports like archery and I’m actually shopping for the equipment.”

Kamau also opened up on the challenges of playing his role Biko on the popular TV series, “The biggest challenge is doing things that I would normally not do as a person but that is what acting is all about. The cliff scene was tough for me because at the time I was shooting that scene I was going through some personal problems. Being on that set in Mahi Mahiu as Biko, some elements of Peter would show up and I just broke down for like five minutes and guys were looking at me like, ‘is this part of the show?’ When I couldn’t stop, they gave me time to go through it.”
