DIAMOND PLATNUMZ AND AKON CELEBRATE PRESIDENT-ELECT WILLIAM RUTO

Musicians Diamond Platnumz and Akon have sent congratulatory messages to Kenyans after the declaration of Dr William Ruto as the president-elect.

In his congratulatory message, Diamond urged Kenyans to put aside their differences and embrace unity, “Congratulations to Kenyans for concluding the election exercise and getting the president today. Now it’s not team Ruto, Wajahckoya and team Odinga, it is together to advance the development of Kenya and Kenyans in general.”

Diamond performed in the final campaign rally of Azimio One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga at Kasarani stadium.

Senegalese-American singer Akon also sent a congratulatory message to the president-elect,“Congratulations to my dear brother William Ruto as he Is Declared Winner of Presidential Election in Kenya,” he wrote.
