DIAMOND PLATNUMZ DISPUTES FORBES CLAIM OF HIS NET WORTH

Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz was named one of the Wealthiest African Musicians with a net worth of Sh5.8 billion ($5 million), according to Forbes, but he is unhappy about the amount they put into his name and claims he has more.

Diamond says that the list fails to represent his actual value, “Forbes: Next time google me to know what am really worth of, before putting me on your Stupid Richest African Musicians List!” Diamond shared on social media.

On the list, Senegalese singer Youssou N’Dour was named African richest musician with his net worth estimated to be $145 million. Akon was ranked as the second richest African artist with a net worth of $80 million. Closing the top three spot, was South African musician Black Coffee, whose net worth was value at $60 million. Platnumz was named number 28 on list with a net worth of $5 million.
