ACTOR MAQBUL MOHAMMED RETURNS TO CAPITAL FM

Media personality and actor Maqbul Mohamed has made a comeback to Capital FM, rejoining the station three years after his departure.

Maqbul is set to reclaim the morning show slot previously hosted by Soni Adriance since 2021. “Letting all the people know, that I’m back to return to the show.” Soni bids farewell to her listeners, “I’m so excited. It’s great to have you and finally meet you, and honestly, I will be pestering you for music constantly. I can’t wait to listen to you in the mornings,” she said.

Following his departure from Capital FM in 2021, Maqbul explored new opportunities by joining Nation Media Group. From April to December 2021, he led the radio department. In February 2022, he transitioned to NRG Radio, where he made a significant impact as the head of radio until June 2022.
