LUPITA NYONG’O CONFIRMS SPLIT WITH JOSHUA JACKSON 

Lupita Nyong’o appears to have hinted at the end of her relationship with Joshua Jackson. 

In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, the Quiet Place: Day One star revealed that her focus is now on her cat, Yoyo. “My love for my cat is one of a kind. If I’m fortunate enough to find love again, it’ll be because of him,” she said. “I was ready to close the door on romance, lock it, and throw away the key. But he’s made sure my heart stays open.” 

Nyong’o and Jackson were first linked romantically in December 2023, though she did not mention him by name in the interview. Lupita adopted Yoyo after her breakup with Selema Masekela in October 2023. 

Her relationship with Jackson became public two months after he ended his three-year marriage to actress Jodie Turner-Smith. In March 2024, the pair were seen together in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, holding hands and sharing kisses on the beach.
