Radio personality Chiki Kuruka was on Tuesday discharged from the hospital after being treated for a foot injury. The dance choreographer revealed she decided to go to the hospital when the pain became unbearable.
“I hate hospitals and medications and all that Jazz. Fortunately, I’m healthy with a high pain threshold. So, for me to bring myself here, is definitely a sign of an injury. I also really know my body. So, it’s a foot injury and I’m hoping I can still dance on it.”
She added, “Thank God it’s a very minor ligament tear. Strapped and ready to dance. Loooool the doctor couldn’t believe I hadn’t taken meds and just rode it out. My pain threshold man. Gotta thank those genes.”
