Dr. Ofweneke Apologises to Stevo Simple Boy After Kibe’s Controversial Podcast Remarks

Popular Kenyan comedian and media personality Dr. Ofweneke has paid a personal visit to musician Stevo Simple Boy.

The visit comes in the aftermath of controversial remarks made by Andrew Kibe, during a recent episode of Dr. Ofweneke’s podcast. The episode, which has since been deleted, contained comments that many viewed as insensitive and disrespectful toward Stevo Simple Boy.

Dr. Ofweneke took time out of his busy schedule to personally visit Stevo Simple Boy at his residence, offering not only material support in the form of shopping supplies but also emotional encouragement.

The musician took to social media sharing a video of the visit with his followers. In an emotional post, Stevo wrote, “Thank you so much my brother @drofweneke for standing by me, defending me and encouraging me in this difficult period. Today you have taken the time out to come and visit me personally and comfort me, which my family and I greatly appreciate. Thank you for your true friendship, love and support. May God bless you abundantly.“

The episode was swiftly deleted, but not before the damage was done. Dr. Ofweneke, known for his uplifting and motivational content, has since taken responsibility for the situation and made amends by reaching out to Stevo directly.
