By  |

Controversial socialite Amber Ray has opened up about her first business. In a Q & A session on Instagram, the mother of one disclosed that she used to sell intestines (‘matumbo’) in Kahawa West a few months after giving birth to her son, Gavin

Selling intestines while living in a single room with an 8-month-old kid and no house help. I used to leave Gavin at my friend’s place. I rush to town then back to Kahawa West to sell intestines. I had to sell all the stock because I didn’t have a fridge. I remember how people in matatus used to frustrate me because of the smell,” she wrote.

Amber also stated that she believes in love because her dad adores her mum, further clarifying that she is not a member of the LGBTQ community. “My dad adores my mum a lot, the reason why I still believe in love,” she wrote, adding, “I’m very straight“.

On living a good life, Amber said she used her brains, “Well. Beauty can get you through that door but only your brains can keep you in that room. Let no one lie to you,” she added.

On meeting her son’s lover, the socialite said, “I can’t wait to meet her. I pray that she will have good vibes too.”
