‘I’M HAPPY YOU’RE ALL TALKING’ BAHATI RESPONDS DJ XCLUSIVE

Singer Bahati has responded to DJ Xclusive’s recent comments regarding the state of Kenyan music. In an Instagram post on Tuesday, July 25, Bahati said he will not engage in a confrontation with the deejay. 

However, he did question why he mentions his wife, “Where has my wife Diana coming in this story? Alaaah! I just spoke a little truth but people have added feelings. For now I will not answer this bearded Gathee as I had arranged for him. His boss is my friend and big brother. We respect each other so much, also in my career I have never disrespected DJs and the media but I’m happy you’re all talking. That means the message is home.”

Bahati further stated Diamond Platnumz songs are still top trending in Kenya, “But above all I still see the best trending songs in Kenya are from my brother @diamondplatnumz and he told me the new enjoy video is coming out this week akiaananiiii What should we do above he said he has planned us until January 2024? #SaveKenyanMusic!”
