MARY BIKETI SPEAKS ON LEAKED PHOTOS AND RELATIONSHIP WITH OPARANYA

Days after private photos of Mary Biketi and former Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya were leaked online. 

Mary has come out to talk about their relationship, speaking in an interview, she said the photos were leaked, “The photos were leaked, it felt so bad people attacking me but at the same time I have been getting positive comments and I thank God.” 

Biketi explained that Oparanya is a polygamous man and that she respects his other wives and their families. “He is a polygamous man and I respect the other wives, I love privacy and I wouldn’t want to expose him out there but now because the photos were leaked there is nothing much I can say.”

She further stated that she knows who she is and understands the relationship she is in, “I already know myself and the relationship I am in. Those who want to talk will definitely talk even after clarifying. It has caused a lot of damage in my family, his political career, his other wives and kids but we will get over it.” 

In a video, Oparanya said the photos are genuine, but wondered why someone chose to circulate them. “Those are very genuine photos. I don’t know why someone would waste time trying to circulate them. It’s unfortunate whoever took the photos leaked to the press,” he said.
