‘THE HARDEST YEAR OF MY LIFE’ CIRU MURIUKI ON SOCIAL MEDIA BREAK

Former BBC journalist, Ciru Muriuki, recently announced her return to social media after a prolonged hiatus to cope with a personal loss.

In a social media post, Ciru explained to her fans that this year has been the hardest for her, “I had to take a small break from socials. As y’all know, this has been the hardest year of my life. There’s been a lot of life stuff that I needed to sort out. Aki, thank you all for your DMs, for your support, and for your love. EHE, what did I miss?” She wrote.

Ciru was engaged to the late actor Charles ‘Charlie’ Ouda, who passed away on February 3, 2024.
