‘ITS TRUE’ AZZIAD NASENYA ADDRESSES NEW DEBT CLAIMS

Content creator Azziad Nasenya has publicly responded to recent claims about her financial status in a live video.

She denied allegations of flaunting wealth or misleading the public, Azziad stated, “There is no day I have come here and claimed I have a jet or shown people things. If I had shown you people things, what would you have said? You listen to whatever you want to listen to. Don’t come and ask me things, just believe it, it’s the truth.

However, a leaked audio recording has since surfaced, where Azziad is allegedly heard discussing financial struggles, including unpaid bills totalling Sh1.8 million. In the recording, she explains, “I will not lie to you, I am begging… I have unpaid bills worth Sh1.8 million in two weeks. I have the money, but I have not been paid. All my projects will be paid after 30, 45, 60 or 90 days.

She further pleads for another loan of Sh85,000 to settle an urgent debt with her hairstylist, assuring the person that she intends to repay and is only facing temporary cash flow challenges due to pending payments from projects and locked funds in SACCOs, bonds, and treasury bills. The statements have sparked mixed reactions online, with some Kenyans questioning the inconsistencies in her story.
