KENYA’S MITCHELLE OTIENO CROWNED MISS TOURISM GLOBAL 2025
In a spectacular evening celebrating global culture and beauty, Kenya’s own Mitchelle Otieno was crowned Miss Tourism Global 2025/26 at the prestigious Miss Tourism International World Final. The event was held on October 18th, 2025, at the Genting International Showroom, Resorts World Genting, in Malaysia.
The gala night, themed around the essence of tourism and international friendship, featured 37 delegates from five continents. Under the dazzling stage lights, the audience witnessed a breathtaking celebration of beauty, grace, and global unity, culminating in the crowning of five new queens.
Mitchelle Otieno, who represented Kenya under the official handle @mishahspage, captivated the judges and audience with her grace, poise, and passion for promoting tourism.
Her journey to the global stage began on October 7 when she departed for Malaysia, “Kenya to the World!” “We are immensely proud of Mitchelle,” said a spokesperson for her Kenyan delegation. “She carried the true spirit of Kenya its warmth, beauty, and vibrant culture onto that global stage. This victory is not just for her, but for the entire nation.”
