Burkinabe footballer Stephane Aziz Ki has marked his first wedding anniversary with Tanzanian socialite Hamisa Mobetto in grand style, surprising his wife with a luxurious Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon as a token of his love.

The Yanga SC star took to social media to share the moment, “One year today. Thank you God. I’m grateful for the peace, the growth, and the prayers we share,” Aziz Ki wrote. “This is just a small gesture to say thank you for being the woman you are patient, strong, loving, and full of light. No amount of gifts, no expensive gift I am going to give you that would say how much I love, cherish, and adore you, my beautiful wife.”

The anniversary celebration comes one year after the couple officially exchanged vows in a beautiful Nikah ceremony held at the Nnuur Mosque in Mbweni, Dar es Salaam. The traditional ceremony was a spectacle to behold, with Aziz Ki paying a dowry of 30 cows, delivered in a grand procession using two trucks.
