Popular singer Nadia Mukami on Wednesday, May 5 sparked mixed reactions on social media after sharing photos of man she claimed to be her boyfriend. Through her social media pages, the singer pampered her man saying that being a celebrity she needs someone who loves her despite criticism from social media users.

Nadia also stated that she wished they would have met a bit early, however, noting that it’s not late. Despite everything they have said about me today, you have showered me with love I am just smiling here next to you. Being in the limelight, you need someone who loves you for you. Someone who sees you outside the fame, money, attention, gossip, redicule and insults.

Speaking during a past interview in 2019, Nadia disclosed that she fell in love during her stay in campus only to find out that her man cheated on her with a light-skinned lady.

“I was a third year in campus, from my first boyfriend. Eric Munene, I made it. I got dumped over some light skinned but I made it. I was shocked beyond words, and that is the last time I ever dated. It will take Jesus and angels for me to date again,” said Nadia.

She also disclosed that she cried and had sleepless nights as she thought the boyfriend was her ‘Mr Right’. “It was painful, I didn’t eat, I didn’t sleep, I was crying. I thought that that he was guy who was going to marry me but he didn’t marry me. Here I am, I made it,” she added.
