WILLIS RABURU’S BABY MAMA IVY NAMU DISCLOSES HOW SHE MET HIM

Willis Raburu’s new girlfriend Ivy Namu has talked about her personal life and motherhood, a months after welcome her baby. 

In a Q&A Instagram session, Namu disclosed that she met the Citizen TV presenter when she started working at Royal Media Services. “Where did you meet ‘Bazu’,” asked a fan, to which the she replied, “When I started working at Hot 96 and 10/10 show.” 

On her delivery, Ivy stated that she had her baby through C-section, further disclosing that she was able to walk a day after the process. “I walked since day one, despite the pain because I was told it hastens the healing process and I’ve truly seen it for my self. Nothing strenuous but I made sure I walked a bit everyday,” she said. 

The 26-year-old also shared her experience as a new mum, noting that she is healing well and her body is going back to its initial shape. “Physically I’m healing well and so happy my body is going back to my before pregnancy size, right after delivery I was swollen due to water retention and it didn’t make me feel pretty at all, but now, that’s all gone and I’m grateful,” Namu said. 

Adding; “Mentally I’m doing good, I thank God; some days I’m really tired and worried if I’m doing good enough for my son but it helps having a supportive and affirming partner.” 

On why she got a baby with Raburu before getting married, she said; “It’s my life and I do what I want, when I want and how I want. Also, this life doesn’t have a guide, or one size fits all formula please.” 

Namu revealed that she is Ugandan, but born and raised in Kenya. “I was born and raised in Kenya my people. I speak Kiswahili, sheng and Kyuknese better than I speak Luganda. I only go there to visit my relatives,” she wrote.
