SINGER CINDY SANYU HOLDS WEDDING LAUNCH 4 MONTHS AFTER TRADITIONAL CEREMONY 

Ugandan singer Cindy Sanyu and her fiancé, Joel Atiku held their wedding launch over the weekend ahead of their actual wedding. 

Through her socials, the singer shared a video from the wedding launch and said they had officially started their journey to marriage. “So yesterday @1prynce and I had our wedding launch. We have officially started this journey to holy matrimony and it was fabulous. Everything just feels right and God is here,” wrote Sanyu. 

According to a video shared by the singer, the launch was graced by close family members and friends. The wedding launch follows a traditional ceremony where the two formalised their marriage after their engagement in 2020. 

Four months ago, Sanyu hinted at getting married disclosing that plans were underway for their wedding to take place. “The wedding will definitely happen this year but I don’t want to give a month and date right now. I want to first organise since a lot is needed and I will be letting you know on time. I didn’t alert people about the ‘Kukyala’ since it was an inside family thing but you’ll know about the wedding and introduction,” she said.
