FRANKIE JUST GYM IT GIVES UPDATE ON SON’S SURGERY 

Fitness trainer Frankie Just Gym It and his fiancée Corazon Kwamboka have disclosed that they decided to get rid of their son’s adenoids. In a YouTube video, the fitness trainer disclosed that his son, Taiyari was struggling to sleep because of the adenoids, adding that it could have caused a heart enlargement. 

“We’ve decided to do the surgery to remove his adenoids. The first step is to come to see his heart because adenoids can cause an enlargement of the heart if it’s overlooked for a long time. Obviously I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with him, just to be cautious as you know once they do the surgery they have to put him under as well,” Frankie said. 

Frankie added that his son has never used his nose for breathing, adding that they opted for the surgery because every home remedy they tried never worked. “This boy has never used his nose for breathing, he always uses his mouth and that’s why you always see he has a runny nose and all that. He is literally just suffering and all we could do is surgery. We’ve tried each and every home remedy but still it hasn’t worked,” he added.  

The father of four also disclosed that the surgery cost Sh124,000 inclusive of their bed and other miscellaneous expenses. “It cost about Sh124,000; it catered for me and him. We both had lunch, breakfast, we both had a bed so it caters for everything and then on top of that the surgery of course,” Frankie said. 

Frankie also gave an update on his son’s recovery journey two weeks after the surgery. “For the first week he actually had a blocked nose but he didn’t have sleep apnea. Right now, he sleeps quite well, he doesn’t roll around the bed. He sleeps in one position, you can still hear the snoring. When it comes to the mucus, he doesn’t have mucus at all. Like now he can go all day without having a runny nose. He still doesn’t know how to breathe through his nose, he uses his mouth but you cannot see the strain,” he said.
