DJ D-LITE OPENS UP ABOUT HEALTH SCARE AND RECOVERY JOURNEY

Renowned Kenyan entertainer, David Muriithi, popularly known as DJ D-Lite, recently opened up about a health scare that landed him in the hospital for five days. 

In an emotional social media post, DJ D-Lite revealed that he had been battling acute gastritis caused by bile reflux, an experience he described as the most painful event of his life.  “2 weeks ago I spent 5 days in hospital due to a bout of acute gastritis caused by bile reflux – easily the most painful event I have ever experienced in my life. Other than my very immediate family and one or two other people nobody knew because I wanted to heal in Peace,” he explained.

During the ordeal, DJ D-Lite admitted that he faced a moment where he thought he might not make it, but he found peace in the possibility. “At one point, I actually thought I was a goner and was at peace with it (dramatic much?)” he said.

Now fully recovered, he is embracing life with renewed vigour. “However, I am 💯 healed and have a new zeal for life. So if you see me doing some wild shit it’s because I was reminded just how short life can be,” he declared. His message to his fans and followers is to live life to the fullest and appreciate each moment. “I have always strived to live life presently…Do you!“
