LUPITA & JUNIOR NYONG’O HANG OUT WITH CARDI B

Peter Nyong’o Jr, the brother of Academy Award-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o, is captivating audiences both on and off the stage. Following his critically acclaimed theatrical debut alongside his sister in Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, Junior has been spotted rubbing shoulders with A-list celebrities, including a recent hangout with global music icon Cardi B.

Nyong’o Jr shared a photo on his Instagram story, posing with Cardi B and her sister, Lupita. “Seriously stay hydrated folks. This is a PSA,” said Junior. In a separate post, he was also pictured with world-renowned tennis champion Carlos Alcaraz.

Junior, alongside his sister Lupita, is currently making theatrical history by starring as twins Sebastian and Viola in Shakespeare in the Park production of Twelfth Night at the newly renovated Delacorte Theater in Central Park. The production marks the first time the siblings have shared a professional stage.

Their parents, Kisumu County Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o and his wife, Dorothy, who jetted to New York City for the prestigious opening night. Lupita shared a family photo from the celebration, captioning it, “The loved ones turned up, and we love them for it! ❤️ Thank you for celebrating Twelfth Night with us 🥰🙏🏿”

Directed by Saheem Ali, the production features an all-star ensemble cast including Peter Dinklage, Sandra Oh, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. 

Junior was first introduced to the world in an impromptu moment at the 2014 Oscars when he attended as his sister’s date. As she won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for 12 Years a Slave, he was famously front and centre in Ellen DeGeneres’s historic celebrity selfie, photobombing the likes of Bradley Cooper, Julia Roberts, and Brad Pitt.
