VERA SIDIKA CALLS BUTITA BITTER FOR CRITICISING MEN WHO ATTENDED HER PARTY

Vera Sidika has responded to comments made by comedian Eddie Butita regarding the male guests who attended her recent boobs launch party.

The event which was held over the weekend, was hosted by Sidika to celebrate her transformation with close friends and fellow celebrities.  Sidika said that Butita’s criticism stemmed from a place of personal disappointment rather than genuine concern.

“I have seen that Butita is complaining, asking, ‘where men at my boobs launch party?’ I thought it was so laughable,” said Sidika. “But when I thought about it, I just realised Butita is bitter he wasn’t invited.“

Adding, “What man would not want to be at a boobs party? You should have just told me you wanted an invite. No straight man would say no to a boobs party.“

Her response comes after Butita shared a video on social media questioning the appropriateness of male attendees at the event. 

While Butita clarified he had no issue with the party itself, calling it “great content,” he specifically took issue with the men present, asking, “As a man, how do you tell fellow men you went to launch Vera’s boobs?” Butita questioned. “The men in that video, what were you doing in such a party? Are we going to build a nation like that?“
